Susan was recommended to us by a co-worker. We gave her a call and right away she began the process for us to get us a pre-approval letter. Once pre-approved she informed us of the different loans we would qualify for and the best ones that would suit our needs. She is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced in this field, answering all questions and reassuring us throughout the whole process. She was available what seemed like at any time of the day when we called/texted. We are first time home buyers and will absolutely be using her again in the future. I can't recommend her enough.

Felicia was proactive, prompt, friendly and helpful. Except for the managers choosing an unreliable appraiser in the beginning, the transaction was very smooth. The unreliable appraiser was replaced with a reliable one with very little time lost. That is an amazing feat in this market! But both, she and her manager, managed it! We closed late, but it could have been much, much more delayed. Hats off to them for getting the deal to the finish line! Very grateful!
